As always with any of the accommodation here the Linney is no exception - clean, comfortable and cozy with all the trappings of home deep in the North Cornish countryside. There genuinely is nothing better and when we came here 2 years ago for the first time we stopped looking! This is the epitome of a chill-out zone. We tend to return as often as we can.

The Linney makes the most of the stunning views down to the valley floor below from every room. 

Enchantingly romantic and an idyllic couples' retreat, The Linney is a unique self-catering home on the edge of Majestic Bodmin Moor.  The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner offers guests a great place to relax, with a cosy log burner and a well equipped kitchen and the en suite bathroom boasts a decadent roll top bath to enjoy. 

INSIDE: Kitchen/Diner/Lounge:  Sony Smart TV, DVD Player, Bluetooth speaker, log burner, Bosch electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, Swan fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, tide clock, french doors leading to patio and garden, countryside views.
Bedroom 1: Hypnos king size bed (5'), bedside tables, wardrobe, dressing table, TV, clock radio charging docking station, dual aspect room with countryside views.  
Bathroom: Thermostatic rain shower over roll top bath, heated towel rail, basin, w.c.

OUTSIDE: Garden with barbecue and dining area where you can enjoy sublime countryside views. A car charging socket is available for £50 per week.

Changeover Day: Friday- arrival 5:00pm - departure9:00am
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent, modern electric radiators and heated towel rails.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: This cottage is not suitable for infants.
