Butterwell is converted from the ground floor of the original stables and is nestled in the corner of our farm.
The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner offers guests a great place to relax, with a cosy log burner and a well equipped kitchen.
INSIDE: Kitchen/Diner/Lounge: Sony Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, log burner, Bosch electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, Swan fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, tide clock, countryside views.
Bedroom 1: Hypnos king size bed (5'), bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, smart TV, clock radio charging docking station.
Bedroom 2: Hypnos Twin beds (2'6") which can zip and linked to make a king sized 5' bed - (please state your preference at time of booking), wardrobe, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, clock radio charging docking station, smart TV.
Bathroom: Thermostatic rain shower over bath, heated towel rail, basin, w.c.
OUTSIDE: Up the old granary steps to a garden and patio with barbecue and dining area. A car charging socket is available for guests use only at £50 per week.
Changeover Day: Saturday – arrival 5:00pm – departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent, modern electric radiators and heated towel rails.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
This cottage is not suitable for infants.
